That’s when the representation of women and people of color among the Top 50 companies is projected to outpace that of white men. This prediction aligns with Brookings’ forecast that white people will become the minority in the United States by 2045. Despite these demographic shifts, white men have maintained their majority in the workforce for decades, supported by systemic structures.
