The Fair360 Business Case for Inclusion in 2026

Could you compete against a company that has 1/2 your voluntary turnover and three times internal promotion rates?

We analyzed five years of data from 150 large corporations, across eight major industry sectors and the results are conclusive. Companies that execute well across all five inclusion initiatives (resource groups, mentoring, sponsorship, high potential, and executive engagement) have staggering advantages in lowering voluntary turnover (VTO) and increasing promotion rates compared with companies that don’t manage inclusion well.
