What is the Fair360 Top Companies?
The Fair360 Top Companies survey has been the leading assessment of workplace inclusion in corporate America for over 20 years. Hundreds of companies participate in the free annual survey. Companies that do business with Fair360 do not receive preferential treatment.
The list is derived exclusively from corporate survey submissions. To be considered for a spot in the Fair360 Top Companies, a company must score above average in all five areas. Companies are evaluated within the context of their own industries.
Participants receive a free 10-page report card with comparative data and analytics. Companies do not have to compete in the Top Companies competition to receive a report card.
