Chad Johnson is the interim CEO of Fair360. He has over 20 years of experience in Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) and workplace fairness. Johnson is a subject matter expert in human capital measures and analytics, with his past work at various organizations being recognized with numerous Fair360 awards and the 2012 Catalyst award.
In his previous roles at Sodexo and Royal Caribbean Group, Johnson had oversight of the organizations’ workplace fairness strategies, programs and analytics. In each of these organizations, Johnson was a thought partner for executives and their leadership teams. Through his in-depth understanding of HR and management initiatives and business intelligence, he has been able to execute inclusion strategies that were aligned with the business objectives and demonstrated a positive impact within the respective employee cultures.
A key component to Johnson’s success is his ability to develop, adapt and articulate an organization’s fairness story.
